2. What are your shipping options and costs?
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $58; $4.9 for orders under $58.

Expedited Shipping: $19.9, with no minimum order.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and usually take 5-7 business days for delivery. Expedited orders take 3-5 business days.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. For more details, please visit our Return Policy page.
5. How can I return an item?
All orders include a prepaid return shipping label. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective items), we’ll cover the return shipping. For returns due to change of mind or wrong size, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Can I exchange an item?
If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you with the exchange if the item is still in stock.
8. Are there any non-returnable items?
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Pierced jewelry
- Shapewear and hosiery (unless unopened)
- Final sale items

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
